About the Role
Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Store Manager to inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. This is an opportunity for a high-performing wireless sales leader to run their own store and maximize earning potential through hourly pay, commission, and incentives.
Pay
$35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives). Top performers can earn up to $140,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent retail wireless sales experience (AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon)
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
