Responsibilities
- Drive success: Start your day by rallying your sales team, setting clear goals, and implementing strategies to crush sales targets and boost revenue.
- Lead & inspire: Spend time on the floor coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates—equipping them with the tools, training, and confidence to win.
- Track progress: Review performance, provide feedback, and create personalized development plans to help each team member grow and reach their potential.
- Deliver excellence: Partner with your team to provide tailored solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with the right technology and a five-star experience.
- Recruit & build talent: Interview candidates, onboard new hires, and shape a strong, high-performing team.
- Stay connected: Keep up with promotions, new product launches, and service updates so your team always has the latest info to share with customers.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
- Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
