Wireless Sales Representative (Retail Sales Associate) – Cricket Wireless | Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

Delphos Wireless is seeking energetic and motivated Wireless Sales Representatives to join their Cricket Wireless retail team. Ideal candidates should have previous retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, telemarketing, or phone sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Recommend Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, plans, and services based on customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and upselling.
• Process sales, payments, activations, upgrades, and account changes using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.
• Participate in daily team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing training.
• Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Absorb inventory management and store operations.
• Supervise store activities when assigned.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, telemarketing, or phone sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and recommend the right solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Monday through Sunday availability.
• Weekend availability as needed.
