About the Role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. This is a part-time role based in Deming, New Mexico.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $12.00 per hour, with unlimited earnings potential through commissions. Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (base rate plus commissions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers to understand their needs.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Maintain fully stocked and flawless wireless planogram displays.
• Motivate and coach team members to complete tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be eager to learn and grow in the role.
