About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. This is a part-time role with a competitive hourly base rate and unlimited earnings potential through commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers to understand their needs.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets tailored to each buyer.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be eager to learn and succeed.
