About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they need through authentic, consultative selling.

Pay

Starting hourly base rate of $12.00 with unlimited commission potential. Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (base rate plus commissions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
• Proactively start conversations with customers
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition

Requirements

• High-energy personality and natural ability to engage shoppers in conversation
• Resilience and resourcefulness in a high-traffic retail environment
• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role
• Commitment to providing fantastic service with integrity
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be eager to learn and succeed.
