About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. This is a part-time position based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $12.00 with unlimited earnings potential. Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (base rate plus commissions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
• Proactively start conversations with customers to understand their needs
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products
• Maintain fully stocked and flawless wireless planogram displays
• Motivate and coach team members to complete tasks

Requirements

• High-energy personality with a natural ability to engage shoppers in conversation
• Resilience and resourcefulness in a high-traffic retail environment
• Drive to excel in an upcapped commission sales role
• Commitment to providing fantastic service with integrity
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be eager to learn and succeed.
