Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour (top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour with commissions)

About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. This is a part-time role with a focus on sales, customer engagement, and retail execution.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers to understand their needs.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product bundles to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate and coach team members to complete tasks.
• Maintain a high-energy personality and engage shoppers in a high-traffic environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Resilience and resourcefulness in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Commitment to providing fantastic service with integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not mandatory but must be eager to learn.
