About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. This is a part-time position based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $12.00 per hour with unlimited earnings potential. Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (base rate plus commissions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
