Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour (range: $12.00 – $12.00). Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (starting hourly rate + commissions).
About the role
Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they want and need. You’ll serve as the go-to wireless expert, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
- Proactively start conversations with customers.
- Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
- Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
- Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
- Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
Requirements

- Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

- Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.

Qualifications
Prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
