Hourly base rate: $15.00. Top 25% of sales professionals earn $20+ per hour including commissions (uncapped commission structure).

• 8–10 hour shifts

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America with a dedicated sales team of 3,200+ brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
• Proactively start conversations with customers
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms
• Recommend personalized product bundles
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition

Requirements

• High‑energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers
• Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment
• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role
