About the role

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail stores across North America, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you’ll connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they need, serving as the go-to expert for sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $12.00 per hour, with unlimited earnings potential through commissions. Top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour (base rate + commissions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
• Proactively engage customers in conversation to understand their needs
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Recommend personalized product bundles to buyers
• Assist shoppers with product setup, activation, and usage
• Maintain fully stocked and flawless wireless planogram displays
• Motivate and lead team members to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications

Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not required, but you must be eager to learn and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
