Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
• Identify and sell personalized solutions that exceed basic device and service plans.
• Communicate with composure, integrity, and empathy, addressing both customer needs and performance goals.
• Use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's expanding coverage and innovative services.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Seek out and share information about wireless and technology advancements during shifts.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across various departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• A High School Diploma or GED.
