Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, focusing on enhancing customer connectivity and lifestyle.
• Use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's expanding coverage and services.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
• Seek out and share information about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across different departments to improve the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Licensed to work in the United States.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
