Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, focusing on enhancing customer connectivity and lifestyle.
• Use digital tools to effectively communicate T-Mobile's coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete new employee training and acquire necessary skills for progression to Retail Associate Manager.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across various departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads, supporting team initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Skills
