Responsibilities
- Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Work with peers and store leaders to resolve customer issues and support team initiatives.
- Collectively own the customer experience and manage small business leads.
- Stay updated on innovations in wireless technology and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Complete new employee training to gain proficiency in serving and selling to customers.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
