Responsibilities
- Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's expanding coverage and services.
- Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
- Seek out information between customers to learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
- Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
- Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Skills
- Passionate customer advocate.
- Competitive drive and proven success in a fast-paced sales environment.
