GP Mobile is a leading T-Mobile retailer in the US. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Expert, you'll earn unlimited commissions in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
• Work with peers and store leaders to resolve customer issues and support team initiatives.
• Collectively own the customer experience and manage small business leads.
• Stay updated on innovations in wireless technology and share this knowledge with customers.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Licensed to work in the United States.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
