Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
• Work with peers and store leaders to resolve customer issues and support team initiatives.
• Collectively own the customer experience and identify small business leads.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's expanding coverage and services.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
• Seek out information between customers to learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
