About the role

GP Mobile is a leading T-Mobile retailer in the US. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. This role offers substantial commission potential and a fast-paced, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's extensive coverage and innovative services.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Seek out and learn about new technologies and innovations to enhance customer experiences.
• Partner with other T-Mobile employees across different departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Licensed to work in the United States.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
