About the role

GP Mobile is a leading T-Mobile retailer in the US. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Expert (ME), you'll earn unlimited commissions while working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's expanding coverage and services.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Seek out information between customers to learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
