Responsibilities
- Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, focusing on enhancing customer connectivity and lifestyle.
- Use digital tools to effectively communicate T-Mobile's coverage, plans, and services.
- Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
- Seek out and learn about innovations in wireless and technology to enhance customer interactions.
- Partner with T-Mobile employees across various departments to improve the customer experience and manage small business leads.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Licensed to work in the United States.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
Skills
