Responsibilities
- Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Find personalized solutions for customers, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Communicate with composure, integrity, and compassion, using digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's coverage and services.
- Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
- Seek out information between customers and learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
- Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
- Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
