Responsibilities
- Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to customers.
- Identify and sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
- Use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's extensive coverage and innovative services.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
- Seek out and learn about new technologies and innovations to enhance customer experiences.
- Partner with other T-Mobile employees to improve the customer experience and manage small business leads.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Licensed to work in the United States.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
