What You'll Do in Your Role
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and up-and-coming Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
- Make sure your store is always at its best! Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Be proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as demonstrating the company's ever-expanding coverage, plans and services, and device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, and processes, and gain knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless, run-around-free environment.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships where accountability for the company's success is shared.

Must Haves
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- A high school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
