About the role
Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail management, a proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals, and a strong understanding of retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Build a positive, customer-focused environment and meet or exceed both personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month.
- Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
- Coach team members every day to ensure they provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop team members' skills to help them progress within the organization.
- Ensure the assigned location operates according to Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
- Execute promotional role-outs, inventory procedures, or other tasks assigned by Your Wireless leadership.
- Set a positive example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless businesses.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership positions.
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Pay
Up to $31.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives.
