Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchasing decisions
• Manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness
• Perform point-of-sale transactions and activate wireless devices
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for field representatives)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

$14.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
