What You'll Do in Your Role

  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Side-by-side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as demonstrating the company's expanding coverage, plans, and services.
  • Collaborate with peers and store leaders to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and run-around-free environment.
  • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships, being accountable for the company's success.
  • Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.

What Must Haves You Need

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Have the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Have full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability.
