What You'll Do in Your Role
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as demonstrating the company's expanding coverage, plans, and services.
- Collaborate with peers and store leaders to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and run-around-free environment.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships, being accountable for the company's success.
- Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.

What Must Haves You Need
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Have the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability.
