Wireless Retail Sales Associate NEW CASTLE | W State St
without heading. Probably best to add a paragraph after the intro about diversity. We must not include application instructions (Apply Now, Inquiries). Also remove duplicated lines. Now decide sections: - About the role: include intro paragraph plus diversity statement maybe. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: maybe combine "What must haves do you need?" plus maybe "Ideal Candidate Will Bring"? Actually Ideal Candidate is more qualifications/skills. Requirements could be the must-haves (age, education, physical, transport, schedule). Qualifications could be the ideal candidate attributes. Skills could be maybe not separate; but we have both. We need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: must-haves (age, education, ability to stand/lift, reliable transport, FT/PT availability). That's specific. - Qualifications: ideal candidate attributes (desire to learn, competitive drive, willingness to work with peers, effective balancing, 6 months experience). That's specific. - Skills: maybe we could list specific skills like customer service, digital tools, side-by-side selling, etc. But we already have many in responsibilities. Could create Skills section summarizing skills: customer service, sales, product knowledge, digital tools, communication, relationship building, etc. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can extract from responsibilities and ideal candidate. However we need to ensure we don't create a section with filler like "not specified". If we can list concrete skills mentioned: customer service, sales, product demonstration, side-by-side selling, digital tools usage, coverage explanation, plan explanation, troubleshooting, training, relationship building, peer collaboration, small business lead handoff. Those are specific. We could create Skills section with bullet list of those. - Benefits: we have list: ESOP, competitive hourly pay, uncapped commission, automatic raises, career advancement, culture of care, discounted T-Mobile plan, health benefits for FT, monthly sales incentive programs, contests, rewards. - Pay: we have "Competitive hourly pay" and "Uncapped commission earnings". Also "Automatic raises when reaching attainable milestones". That's pay-related. Could put in Pay section. - Schedule: we have "Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability". That's schedule. We must avoid duplication: if we put competitive hourly pay in Benefits, also in Pay maybe duplicate. Better to put pay specifics in Pay section, and benefits in Benefits section excluding pay. But the instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits? But we have separate headings allowed. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Pay: we have competitive hourly pay, uncapped commission, automatic raises. That's specific. Benefits: ESOP, culture, discounted plan, health benefits, monthly incentives, career advancement (though career advancement could be also benefit). We'll split. Schedule: we have FT/PT availability. Now ensure we don't repeat content across sections unnecessarily but it's okay if some overlap? Might be considered duplication but we can try to avoid. Let's craft:
