What You'll Do in Your Role

Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.

Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.

Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.

Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Master the use of digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:

• Ever-expanding coverage in customers' neighborhoods
• Plans and services for unlimited connectivity
• How we redefine wireless, from device and account inspection to troubleshooting

Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, and processes.

Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including Business and Customer Service, to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.

Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.

Develop strong peer relationships, being accountable for the company's success.

Willing to have fun while providing excellent customer experience.

What Must Haves

• At least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
