What you'll do in your role

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
• Side-by-side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
• Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:
• Ever-expanding coverage in customers' neighborhoods
• Benefits of various plans and services
• How the company is redefining wireless
