About the role
Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring outgoing, sales-minded, and ambitious Retail Sales Associates to join our teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. In this role, you will provide an amazing customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the selection and buying process.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $31.00 per hour or more, including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives

Responsibilities
- Create an ideal customer experience for every customer, every day
- Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on all Verizon products and services
- Meet and exceed company and location sales production standards
- Handle customer situations to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks
- Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless
- Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others
- Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities and advance your career
- Travel to various locations within your assigned district as needed
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar retail sales role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
