Job Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot wireless internet and telephone services for customers.
- Service and maintain AMA TechTel's products and services.
- Aid customers in diagnosing customer system and equipment problems.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Perform duties during on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of fiber to the home/wireless/cable/satellite TV type installations.
- Working knowledge of computer networking implementations.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work on rooftops.
- Ability to work in and navigate confined spaces for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely climb ladders with tools and equipment.
- Ability to pull a trailer and operate drop bury equipment when needed.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- High school diploma.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings.
