Job Purpose

The Wireless Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving monthly sales quota by using a cross-selling technique for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. The role also involves retaining customers and providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers. Additionally, the role requires completing operational duties accurately and within required time frames.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience
• Spanish fluency required
• Sell motivated in sales and customer service
