Job Purpose

The Wireless Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving monthly sales quota by utilizing a cross-selling technique for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. The role also involves retaining customers and providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers. Additionally, the consultant must complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.

• Spanish fluency required
