Wire Transfer Analyst (1343)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer wire transfer requests.
• Verify customer signatures and confirm wire details over recorded phone lines.
• Log wire requests from customers, branches, and internal departments.
• Process wire transfer instructions using Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems.
• Process and repair online customer-initiated wire transfers and FX wires.
• Analyze wire transfer information to accurately execute payments to correspondent banks.
• Review online transaction information and resolve customer issues.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and departmental policy updates.
• Support the Department Manager with departmental projects.
• Recommend and help implement procedural improvements.
• Assist management with testing and implementation of major and minor core system updates.
