This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing family-owned rigging shop. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality services in rigging equipment fabrication, distribution, service, and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and fabrication of rigging equipment
• Oversee the distribution and installation of rigging equipment
• Provide technical support and maintenance services
• Inspect rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rigging equipment fabrication, distribution, service, and inspection
• Strong understanding of rigging equipment and safety standards
• Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD or similar drafting tools

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and safety standards
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
