Responsibilities

• Monitor stores using modern video surveillance systems and conduct patrols in "walk-through markets"
• Prevent theft through vigilant observation and ensure a safe shopping environment
• Operate and manage surveillance technology to detect suspicious activity early

Requirements

• Certification under §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) — mandatory
• Clean criminal record (polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
• Physical fitness to respond flexibly in any situation
• Ideally, technical understanding for operating video surveillance systems

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role — professionalism is key
• Reliable and committed personality, able to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Driver’s license and own vehicle are advantageous (assignments may be up to 50 km away), but not required
