About the role

The WIOA Center Manager oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the program, including managing staff, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists management in addressing administrative needs
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the project
• Manages employees and personnel in accordance with company and contract requirements
• Compiles and analyzes information to assist in report preparation
• Monitors performance data against contract and state goals
• Facilitates staff training
• Interacts and responds to inquiries from Funding Source and Equus
• Conducts training and needs assessments, and leads monthly meetings
• Develops and implements solutions for challenges
• Ensures timely submission of required reports
• Interprets and applies regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Human Services related field or equivalent work experience
• Five years professional experience organizing, planning, and developing social programs and services at a management level
• Two years upper level management experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of workforce policies and procedures
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery systems
• Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Human Services related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Five years professional experience organizing, planning, and developing social programs and services at a management level
• Two years upper level management experience or equivalent
• Minimum five years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of workforce policies and procedures preferred
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
