About the role
As a WIOA Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to individuals seeking employment services. This includes assessing needs, developing individualized plans, and facilitating access to resources.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop personalized employment plans
- Facilitate access to job training programs and employment opportunities
- Provide counseling and guidance to clients
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with individuals facing employment barriers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment services and resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Schedule
