Winter Season Coaching positions ~ Caesar Rodney High School

All coaching positions are at Caesar Rodney High School, Camden, DE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage respective teams during the winter sports season
• Plan and conduct practices, drills, and conditioning sessions
• Develop game strategies and provide coaching during competitions
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development among student-athletes
• Ensure compliance with school and district athletic policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred, but not required for all positions
• Strong knowledge of the respective sport (Swimming, Girls Wrestling)
• Ability to motivate and mentor high school student-athletes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to upholding the values and standards of Caesar Rodney High School and the Caesar Rodney School District

Pre-employment Requirements

• Criminal background check
• Tuberculosis test
• Proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License)
• Documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A.
• Completion of I-9 form
• Completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry
