Winter CDL Snowplow Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL snowplow vehicles with air brakes
• Learn and memorize multiple routes
• Coordinate with other drivers in real-time
• Work in all weather conditions, day and night
• Perform overtime as required
• Maintain trucks and equipment (greasing, washing, chaining up)
• Wake up early as needed (occasionally as early as 2:00 AM)
• Delineate road edges, complete cold patching, and assist in the plow vehicle shop

Requirements

• Minimum Class B CDL with air brakes (required)
• 1-year commercial driving experience (required)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Heavy equipment experience (preferred but not required)
