Winter Assistant Coach - Girls Basketball

About the role

Winter Assistant Coach - Girls Basketball at Paramus High School. Effective November 2026 through March 2027, subject to modification. Job goal: to coach/assist with coaching the winter sports teams. Employment terms: annual appointment only; must re-apply in subsequent years. Reports to: Assistant Coaches report to the Head Coach/Athletic Director.

Responsibilities

• Organize practice pursuant to current NJSIAA rules.

Requirements

• New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate.
• Controlled substance testing and successful completion of criminal history background check are required of all applicants offered employment.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Teaching Credential OR Substitute Credential OR eligibility for Substitute Credential (60 undergraduate college credits).

Pay

Salary $5,049 - $6,488. Stipends are in accordance with the Negotiated Agreement between the Paramus Board of Education and the Education Association of Paramus (EAP).
