Winter Assistant Coach - Boys Basketball
Job Summary
Paramus High School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Boys Basketball during the winter season from November 2026 through March 2027. The position is annual and requires re-application in subsequent years.
Job Goal(s)
To coach/assist with coaching the winter sports teams cited above.
Qualifications
- New Jersey Teaching Credential OR Substitute Credential OR eligibility for Substitute Credential (60 undergraduate college credits)
- Controlled substance testing and successful completion of criminal history background check are required of all applicants offered employment.
Salary
$5,049 - $6,488
Benefits
Stipends are in accordance with the Negotiated Agreement between the Paramus Board of Education and the Education Association of Paramus (EAP).

- New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate
Evaluation
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Principal and Athletic Director.
