Winter Adaptive Instructor

About the role

The Adaptive Sports Center is seeking qualified adaptive instructors to facilitate professional adaptive ski and snowboard activities for the 2026-27 Winter Season.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adaptive skiing and snowboarding activities
• Ensure safety and adherence to adaptive sports guidelines
• Provide instruction and support to participants with disabilities
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Passion for adaptive sports and working with individuals with disabilities
• Experience in adaptive sports or equivalent training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience in adaptive sports or related field
• First Aid/CPR certification

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
• Knowledge of adaptive sports techniques and equipment
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Pay

Pay ranges from $23-$33/hour based on experience.
