Winter 26/27: Terrain Park Hand Crew Level 1

Job Title: Terrain Park Hand Crew Job Status: Seasonal Compensation And Benefits Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $17.50 to $20.40+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. Job Summary Level 1: Works primarily under the supervision of the Terrain Park Manager, Hand Crew Supervisor, and Hand Crew Leads. Performs a variety of tasks in a utility role, rotating through assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining terrain features in the terrain parks and other designated areas on a scheduled cycle. Serves as a guest-facing representative, promoting safety awareness, freestyle terrain etiquette, crowd supervision, and positive guest relations. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a cold alpine environment on uneven terrain for long periods of time. Must have a valid US Driver’s license. Must be able to communicate with immediate supervisor—oral and written. Must be able to follow all policies as described in the employee handbook. Must be able to ski/ride with tools or equipment. Required to use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, drills, etc. Must be able to be to work on-time.
