About the role

This position supports one or more of our shows, events, or costumed character products. You’ll help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to guests while playing an important part on our team.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain artistic and operational integrity of assigned show, event, or costumed character product.
• Oversee supervision of assigned operations teams, including casts and crews.
• Manage team timecards and schedules using Scheduler and KRONOS programs.
• Work with project timelines and schedules to meet park and departmental goals.
• Run and maintain rehearsal and operational processes, training, schedules, production books, and start-up meetings.
• Collaborate with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals, including rehearsal, install, and strike plans.
• Support department leadership in executing and supervising Entertainment processes to meet park and department safety targets.
• Develop, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members within your assigned team.
• Participate in other duties as assigned to support park and departmental goals.

• Proven supervisory stage management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional supervisory stage management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of professional entertainment or theme park experience preferred.
