Wine Specialist | Beekeeper by Abeja (PT)

What You’ll Do

• Create unforgettable tasting experiences for guests and wine club members with warm, personalized service
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful, professional communication by phone, email, and in person
• Share Abeja’s story, history, and wines with confidence and enthusiasm, deepening guest appreciation
• Support daily operations, including tastings, wine order preparation, and inventory stocking
• Play an essential role in special events (Spring Release, Fall Celebration, holiday events, and more)
• Help ensure a polished, elevated guest experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate is gracious, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
• You bring a passion for wine and hospitality, a drive to exceed guest expectations, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve with professionalism and poise
• Must be 21+ with weekend availability (Fri-Sunday)
• Previous winery tasting room or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of wine and winemaking; WSET or Guild Somm certification a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with guests
• Comfortable with POS systems, transactions, and multitasking
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
