Windows Server System Administrator with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and associated processes.
• Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for various devices.
• Communicates status updates to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated issues.
• Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Installs, loads, troubleshoots, maintains, and configures network components, and implements operating system enhancements.

Requirements

• A Security Clearance and Polygraph are Required.
• Windows 10 Support (patching and troubleshooting).
• Active Directory and Group Policy (understanding of OU structures and creating policies).
• Windows Server Administration (knowledge of Windows Server Architecture, Installation, Services settings and configuration, and patching).
• Experience on Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) Patching.
• Understanding of VMware.
• Understanding of Networking.
• Powershell Scripting is a plus.
