Windows Server Lead

About the role

OCH Technologies, LLC is actively looking for a Windows Server Lead to support a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing technical work on projects, performing a variety of analyses, and preparing appropriate documentation. This position supports a proposal effort and is contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements. The position is available onsite at one of the following locations: Battle Creek, MI; Richmond, VA; Fort Belvoir, VA; Philadelphia, PA; New Cumberland, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Tracy, CA; Tinker AFB, OK; Columbus, OH; Dayton/Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Ogden/Hill AFB, UT. Responsibilities

• Direct technical work on projects.
• Perform a variety of analyses and prepare appropriate documentation.
• Prepare and make briefings and presentations.
• Lead team in on-site management of installations.
• Work independently and install, operate, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
• Assist in the development and management of project plans, including review of task performance and work products for correctness, adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and progress in accordance with schedules.
• Coordinate with the Vendor PM, TOPCs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
• Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
• Experience: At least seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including at least five projects in technical areas; at least one project within the past three (3) years.
